Oh Stella - how you don't like the car seat...today we had family lunch at Mimi's Cafe. When you and Mommy picked me up from the office you were crying. When Daddy sat at an angle in the front passenger seat to be able to hold your hand and brushed your cheek, you settled down and stopped crying almost immediately. It's like you just want to know you are not left alone! After we picked up Julia from school and you cried on the way to lunch, big sister sang a song to help you feel better and not cry and not have "a bad tummy ache"...how sweet.
Lunch was yummy - for those 3 of us eating solids ;0) Once you settled down in my arms you fell asleep with me holding you as I ate one fish taco and 1/2 of the best burger in the world - Mimi's French Quarter. I swear I didn't drop any food on you...this time!
Here's a picture that your big sister, Julia, took of you and me...or at least the bottom half of my face! Julia also drew a family picture of all 4 of us as well! Oh the joys of having a great family!!! You both are just so sweet!
